Last Sunday we held a Mother's Day service with a difference: a 'cafe style' gathering in our downstairs hall, with delicious morning tea and freshly brewed coffee. It was great to welcome a number of visitors- family and friends on this special morning. Jo Huntington was the guest speaker, and she shared of her experience both as a mum, and her work with Sydney Streetlevel Mission in Surry Hills, facilitating STUMP (Short Term Urban Mission Project).
